  1. Learn about us. Get answers to our most frequently asked questions. Explore our services and fees. Read about our clinicians, and pick one that feels right for you. You may also schedule for a loved one, if they are unable to do so.

  2. Schedule your first consultation. Using the scheduling buttons below, select the clinician and choose the date and time that works best for you (or your loved one). Please note clinicians may have varying availability.

  3. Complete intake paperwork before your first consultation. Intake paperwork will be available after booking and must be completed prior to the first visit. If you are scheduling on behalf of someone else, please ensure that the email address you use is one that you will be able to access for intake paperwork. This is completed via our secure electronic health record, SimplePractice. An access link to the portal will be sent to your email.
