When you are ready to invest in your future and yourself, there are three easy steps to begin.

  1. Learn about us. Get answers to our most frequently asked questions. Explore our services and fees. Read about our clinicians, and pick one that feels right for you.

  2. Schedule your first consultation. Using the scheduling tool below, select the clinician and choose the date and time that works best for you. Please note clinicians may have varying availability. Once your first consultation is confirmed, you will log into your SimplePractice portal to book your second consultation. Please ensure that you pick the same clinician for each visit.=

  3. Complete intake paperwork before your first consultation. Intake paperwork will be available after booking and must be completed prior to your first visit. It is completed via our secure electronic health record, SimplePractice. An access link to the portal will be sent to your email.
